Giving

Thank you for supporting Seattle Jewish Community School

SJCS counts on our families, staff, trustees, alumni, friends, and foundations for charitable gifts that augment the true cost of tuition. As SJCS launches a new education model that integrates general and Jewish studies and academic and social-emotional learning, it’s even more important for us to demonstrate our commitment to Jewish education. Your tax-deductible donation ensures academic excellence, enhances technology-education, and provides the tuition assistance that enables SJCS to welcome all families raising Jewish children. Thank you for making a donation/ tribute today.

For payments other than donations, please contact the school office.

SJCS Annual Fund

The SJCS Annual Fund is the school’s annual giving campaign and, aside from student tuition, marks our single most important source of revenue. This vital part of SJCS’s yearly operating budget contributes to every part of the school operation.

Auction & Celebration

Our annual SJCS Auction and Celebration occurs each spring. This eagerly-anticipated event brings together community members from across Seattle’s vibrant Jewish community.

Save the Date for March 25, 2018!

Volunteering

Volunteers provide countless hours in support of SJCS students, programs, and growth. Our volunteers are parents, grandparents, alumni, educators, and community members. Opportunities are boundless and include school-wide events, field trips, and governance, to name just a few. Please email our office to inquire about volunteer opportunities.

Planned Giving

Planned giving, gifts that combine philanthropy with estate and financial planning, benefit both you and SJCS. Planned gifts offer both financial and non-financial benefits to you, including helping to fulfill your philanthropic goals, tax savings, asset management, income, security, and gifts to family. Please contact our Development Office to inquire about Planned Giving and other giving opportunities.
