SJCS Admissions

Want to apply to SJCS but don’t know where to start? We can help!

We are available to discuss your family’s educational priorities, answer your questions, and offer support during the admissions process.

SJCS is now accepting applications for admissions and financial assistance year-round for Fall 2019 for grades K-5. If you have any questions about applying to SJCS, please contact Leah Gotz, Admissions Manager or call 206.522.5212 x 300. For questions regarding financial assistance, contact Yael Sachs, Director of Operations or call 206.522.5212 x 206.

Please note, children who turn five by September 15, 2019 are eligible for kindergarten in 2019. Families with children who turn five after September 15, 2019 are asked to contact Leah Gotz, Admissions Manager, to discuss if SJCS may be a fit for their child and to learn about the application process for “early entry” kindergarteners.

How to Apply to Seattle Jewish Community School

Seattle Jewish Community School (SJCS) uses Ravenna ADMIT  for the submission of online applications. Once you have created your account, you will be able to complete the core application shared by many Seattle-area schools, as well as the SJCS Parent Comments form. Ravenna ADMIT also enables parents to electronically send teacher evaluation forms to your child’s current school, for their teacher to complete and submit.  Your Ravenna ADMIT account enables you to login and complete your application at your convenience.
