How can I make a gift to SJCS?
Gifts to SJCS can be made in a number of ways. You may donate online to SJCS via Network for Good. If you do not wish to contribute online, you may print and complete the Donation Form and mail or fax to SJCS. Or, contact our Development Office at 206.522.5212.
How will my gift be used?
Your gift, if undesignated, will be used to meet our school's general operating expenses. Designated gifts include The Campaign for SJCS and the SJCS Endowment Fund. Please contact the SJCS Development Office if you have specific questions regarding your gift.
When should I give?
SJCS accepts gifts throughout the year through The SJCS Annual Fund. Our community-wide fund raising event is the SJCS Gala. Check the Event tab for specific dates and details.
Can I make a pledge over a number of months or years?
Pledges made to the The SJCS Annual Fund must be completed within the fiscal year (July-June). You may arrange to make your donation in monthly or quarterly payments. Pledges to The Campaign for SJCS may be paid over a longer period. Contact our Development Office at 206.522.5212 for more details.
Will I receive a receipt for my gift/pledge to SJCS?
Official gift receipts are issued for all contributions.
What is Tribute giving?
SJCS Tribute Cards are a wonderful way to acknowledge special occasions, memorials, or just say thank you: one card for $10 or six for $54. Feel free to buy "in bulk" and let the Development Office keep track of your unused cards for future use. You can print an order form here, or contact the Development Office (206.522.5212) to place your request.
What are some other fundraising opportunities for SJCS?
PCC Scrip: Do you shop at PCC? Order a PCC scrip card or key card from the Development Office. The cards will be sold starting at a minimum of $50. SJCS receives 5% back on every card sold. Every time you add funds to your card at PCC, SJCS earns money! Contact development@seattlejcs.org.
Box Tops for Education: Simply look for any grocery products with "Box Tops $ for Education" on the packaging, clip, and bring in for the "Box Tops" collection envelope posted on the community bulletin board.
Target Visa: Are you a Target shopper? Apply for a Target Visa card (no annual fee). Use your card every time you shop, and SJCS receives 2% back yearly on all purchases.
